Two volumes bound as one. 94,[2];[2],96 pp. Oblong folio, green leather back and corners, gilt title at spine, green cloth sides, gilt-stamped title and vignette to upper board, marbled endpapers, a.e.g. Some scattered, very light foxing throughout, edgewear to leather and light scuffing to upper board, but a pleasing and near fine copy overall. Leech contributed gentle pictorial satire of mid-Victorian society to Punch. His work was immensely popular and his contributions were collected and published in five series. .
