Bust portrait of law Professor Johannes Linderhausen (1571-1645) , turned towards the left, looking at the observer. In oval frame and further rectangular frames. Inscribed under the portrait: IOHANNES LINDERHAUSEN Juris Professor.Listed among the professors in Leiden, collected by van der Aa in the Fundatoris, Curatorum et Professorum celeberrimorum aliorumque illustrium virorum... published in Leiden between 1715 and 1716, nr. 68. Engraving with some etching on paper from three plates; larger plate mark: 347 x 252 mm, total: 420 x 331 mm; despite some very light staining on the most external margin, in very good condition. The paper of the central plate more cooked, visible from verso. Van Someren 147.
