LEDERER, William J. CHRISTMAS CARD. Circa the 1950s. Single printed paper sheet folded to form an oblong 12mo. "Christmas Card" with Hawaiian greetings printed at the front leaf, and a small black & white snap shot of William J. Lededer, his wife and three sturdy boys happily frolicking on a beach in Hawaii affixed at verso with adhesive corners. Beneath the printed greeting on the facing leaf, a handwritten ink greeting from the family begins, which carries over to the back of the card, penned by the author's wife, and describing his recent diligent work on the forthcoming A Nation of Sheep. Card and photo are lightly bowed, with a few spots of running ink. Very good. .
