Illustrated by George Denholm Armour. Armour was a painter who was well known for his equestrian paintings. He shared a studio with Phil May, and owned a stud farmhouse with Joseph Crawhall III. He also contributed illustrations to 'Punch', 'Country Life', and 'The Graphic&apos. Written under the pseudonym Crascredo, whose real name in unknown. Collated, complete. In the original publisher's quarter cloth binding with paper to the boards. Externally, generally smart. Light discolouration to the boards and spine. Minor marks to the boards.
