London: Abbey Fine Arts, no date [c. 1961]. No edition stated, but presumed first edition (hardback). 8vo (22cm by 14cm), 255pp. 48pp b&w plates. Original black cloth, dustwrapper. Slight tanning of the contents, ownership inscription to the front free endpaper; overall, the book is in good to very good condition. The dustwrapper is in fair to good condition (torn with loss to the rear panel). The dustwrapper has now been put in a mylar cover to protect it. Undated; COPAC gives a date of 1961.
