This copy has been rebound in a half crushed morocco binding, with the original paper wraps bound to the front and rear of the text. Featuring a bookplate of a 'John Avery' tipped to the front pastedown. This volume is the third part of a four-part work: I. Some notices of the Life of Henry Lord Percy, Sixth Earl of Northumberland, and of the Parish Church of St. Augustine, afterwards St. John at Hackney II. Some account of the monuments in Hackney Church III. Memorials of St. John at Hackney IV. Index of names, etc. to Memorials of St. John at Hackney. In a half crushed morocco binding with cloth covered boards. Externally, rubbed to extremities, joints, and spine. Handling mark to rear board. Front hinge strained after endpapers. Prior owner's bookplate tipped to rear pastedown. Internally firmly bound. Pages slightly age toned to edges but very bright and clean throughout. Small mark to half title page. Very Good .
