Still stiff to open; unmarked but for presentation name written to second blank endpaper in year of publication. Front board has "Branksome House School Godalming" stamped in bright gilt. Glossy marbled endpapers and all marbled edges. 21 full-page illustrations. Some light rubbing to the leather, but overall a handsome copy. ; Branksome House School Godalming; 5.5 x 8"; 287 pages; Branksome House was established in 1872 as a feeder school for Charterhouse School (founded 1611) which at that time had moved from London to Godalming, Surrey..
