Illustrated with 28 collotype plates and a facsimile title of the first edition. xxxiv, viii, 99 pp. 4to. grey paper-covered boards with white cloth spine, printed to paper labels on spine and upper board in black and red. Internally very fine and elaborate reproduction of 18th century style printing, with appendices and notes. Light toning to beveled top and bottom edges of boards. Very good plus in brown paper dust cover stamped in blind with printed labels. .
