Illustrated from photographs and drawings. xx, 309 pp. 8vo, grey cloth, illustrated label mounted to upper board, titled in gilt to upper board and spine, top edge gilt. Some light foxing throughout. Boards are moderately soiled, with lower board slightly bowed and scuffed, and the gilt to spine has dulled. Still, a rare reference volume in very serviceable condition. .
