There is some mild insect damage to the rear cover, and some minor foxing, but this booklet is nonetheless in good to very good condition overall. Signed "F W Lawson, 1908" on the title page, and the margins of the third plate are annotated to note that this painting is no longer in the possession of the artist. An uncommon item.
