Anne's, Abbots Bromley, was one of the original Woodard Schools— and the first such for girls — and so was an Anglican foundation that historically reflected the Anglo-Catholic ethos of the Woodard Foundation. Pp.144, 55 black & white photo illustrations + a further 70 photo illustrations following Appendix, owner's name to front free endpaper, toning to endpapers. Red cloth, gilt title and motif to front, gilt title to spine dulled, sunning to spine and a few faded patches to boards, wear to top and tail of spine. G+.

Return of goods
