Pristine, tight limited (unspecified) printing of this 1964 multi-generational Alabama drama that confronts racism, winner of the 1965 Pulitzer Prize for Fiction and Grau's best-known work. Tipped to the inner flyleaf is an actual pristine library catalogue card for the first trade edition (Knopf) of this title, a heavy stock 5" X 3" card, single-hole-punched at bottom center as expected, signed boldly in full by Grau in black ballpoint near center. Quite unusual!.
