Farbman was sometime Petrograd Correspondent of the Manchester Guardian, and subsequently author of 'Bolshevism in Retreat' (1923). The present work is the text of a lecture for the NCCL and delivered on 20 July 1917. A RARE SURVIVAL. Apparently not recorded by Frame.
