Taunton: , (n. d.). Ca 1860s / 1870s. Now housed in an archival mylar sleeve. Single printed advertising card, of white stock, 12 lines, varying typographical fonts. Verso blank. 2-1/2" x 1-7/8". Age-toning & browning to center portion. A VG survivor. Child's advert continues at bottom: "Don't forget the number. Letter-types, for Mailing, Only 25 Cents." Regretably, we find nothing on-line which can tell us more about Mr Childs, which is to say, he's another individual obscurbed by the passage of 150 some-odd years.
