Produced by the Crown Film Unit for the Air Ministry on behalf of the Royal Air Force, the story of Wellington 'F for Freddie' has passed into RAF and cinematic legend. The leading British tabloid newspaper the 'Daily Express' seized the commercial opportunity to produce this record, profusely illustrated with stills from the film, including several shots of the then Commander-in-Chief Bomber Command Sir Richard Peirse.
