As we know it today, television was invented in the 1920s, though after World War II, an improved form of black-and-white TV broadcasting became popular in the United States and Britain, at which time television sets became commonplace in homes, businesses, and institutions. Here, Mr Cisin attempts to ride that wave of popularity, by offering home solutions to fixing these relatively new devices now being found in every household.
