Bound in contemporary half leather, smooth spine with gilt title, top edge gilt., ex libris removed at the first past down, upper inner joint broken, but still a good and sound binding. A fine/good copy of the original first edition. It contains facsimile engravings of famous manuscript documents by e.g. Jonathan Swift, Robert Burns,.... .
