Presently used as a garden formerly in the occupation of John Snowden. ** Family history records show: Miss Alice [Beeton] Brereton Andrewes. Born 1847 Sudbury, Suffolk. Baptised 23 June 1847 St. Peter, Sudbury. Died 15th August 1927 Daughter of Sudbury-born Solicitor & Alderman George William Andrewes and his wife Mary. 1851 Census: Friars Street, Sudbury.
