The bottom spine has a two inch chip to the spine, and there is a small chip to the top spine end. The foredges of the covers have several edge nicks and tears. The text pages are mostly clean and bright. There is a section of both color and black and white illustrations. The contents include: San Francisco the Exposition CIty by Rufus Steele.
