Embossed color reproduction of Heinsbergen's Art Deco-style mural, 4-3/8" x 10-1/2". 9-1/8" x 12-3/16" Circa 1936 reproduction of one of Anthony B. Heinsbergen's murals for the Persian Room of the Sir Francis Drake Hotel, designed by architect Douglas Dacre Stone and completed that year. The Persian Room was featured in the December 1936 issue of The Architect and Engineer, and included a color plate of "The Dream" from which this reproduction was likely reprinted. Light wear; faint smudges from handling to border. VG.
