Front paste-down never attached to front board, so now acts as ffep & reveals binding technique underneath. A solid VG copy. This children's tale first published by Newbery in 1798; this particular edition's claim to fame results from being an early imprint from the printshop of the distinguished early 19th C. lady printer, Lydia Bailey.
