Contemporary half calf, cloth sides a little spotted. Marked in manuscript "The Flag Lieutenant" and stamped No. 5. to title page. Detailed orders and instructions for the use of all vessels and personnel in port, the appendix gives sample forms for use in the port. Rare, the only location traced worldwide is the National Maritime Museum.
