[COGGES CHARITIES?] - The Poor Man's Petition. [a poem]

[Oxford?]: C. Penny, c. 1820 Single sheet, 195 x 160 mm. Decorative border and woodcut of well-dressed mother and daughter giving alms to an old man. A little frayed and torn. Cogges is a village close to Witney in Oxfordshire. This would appear to be an appeal for the poor, possibly a ballad to be sold by the poor in the manner of an early 'Big Issue'.
