Cachet at left shows crossed U.S.A. and Canadian flags printed in red and blue, with the phrase "Anglo Saxon" above them and "One Tongue. One Purpose." below them. Between the flags above appear the scales of justice, captioned "Justice. / Copyright / 1898." This envelope was never stamped but address portion bears the printed address of The New York News Company in New York City. Unusual. .
