London, LCC, 1961. 182pp, 120 figs (some in col), bibliog. 30x23, boards. Boards a little rubbed, one corner bumped, contents very good. The famous (and highly influential) Hook Plan - a project for a high-density New Town, with a well developed highway system, mass car ownership etc. The settlement was not built (though Cumbernauld in Scotland was similar).
