1985 34pp. 30x21, stapled wraps. Very good. Papers given at a conference on planning organised by the GLC on 21st June 1985, outlining radical approaches to planning and land taxation, by Robin Murray among others. Less than a month later the Local Government Act 1985 received Royal Assent, abolishing the GLC entirely. Interesting historic document, with contemporary relevance.
