TOTHILL PRESS (pub) - Building: The Monthly Journal for Architects, Builders and Specialists (Volume XII) With which is incorporated the British Builder.

London, Tothill Press 1937 iv [index], 560pp, many plans, bw illustrations and photographs throughout 30x23, dark red cloth binding, unlettered. Some foxing, but generally very good. Interesting UK based journal (not to be confused with the longer running 'The Builder' which was renamed as Building in 1966), which appears to restart the numbering from the point the previous British Builder ceased publication. Lots of features on public buildings like schools and cinemas, and a special issue in December on Hotels and Inns, all nicely illustrated. Each issue included a range of construction prices, and articles on developments in the professions. [heavy item, may require additional postage to most destinations]
