London, National Society for Clear Air (1661, 1961) 1972 (second reprint) 41pp, bw illustrations 22x14, stapled pamphlet Very good Evelyn's famous essay, republished by the Society on the 300th anniversary of the publication of the original to highlight that Evelyn's concerns were just as relevant to the 1960s as the 1660s. Perhaps a new edition is needed in the 2020s, as air pollution continues to shorten lives and damage health.
