Appears hardly opened. Small inoffensive mark to upper cover. Owner neat initials and date to f.e.p. Used; Very Good First published in Russia in 1916. Gumilev, influential Russian poet was a co-founder of the Acmeist movement and Akhmatova's first husband. He was arrested and executed by the Cheka around 1921. His books were then banned. Paperback.
