London, CHAS (The Catholic Housing Aid Society) nd. c. 1973 12pp. 22x15, stapled card wraps. Good. Written as the effects of the Housing Finance Act 1972 were becoming clear - council house tenants were facing substantial increases in rents. Field's conclusions were bleak and prophetic.
