We surmise this was a promotional item intended for the Canadian homemaker, although it states "Made in West Germany". Purity Enriched Flour illustrated on front and Purity Quick Oats illustrated on back. Clean and unmarked with moderate wear. 6" x 3.5" when closed. Folds out to reveal seven brilliant multi-coloured foils which secure approximately 30 sewing needles.
