Very good; small stamp on title page "From office of Milton R Young, US Senator, North Dakota". Extremely detailed plan for Washington, setting out to resolve many ills besetting the city, from pollution and traffic to poverty and poor education. The grand ambitions were soon overshadowed by the riots of 1968 which led to huge physical and social damage lasting decades.
