With many illustrations and coloured plates. 187 pp. Illustrated manuscript journal of the Dutch East India Company ship Holland by the sailor Johannes Timmers, he was accompanied by his nephew Johannes Timmers jr.. Timmers describs his adventures before and during his trip from Texel, the Netherlands, to Batavia, Indonesia, in 1781-1784.
