shipped only to the billing address of the cardholder.
The shipment will only be sent to the billing address of the card, which will be confirmed with the card's issuing bank.

Shipping & insurance (w/i US): $7.00 for 1st book of an order [Media Mail]; $2.50 for each subsequent. Oversize volumes a bit extra. Priority Mail beginning @ $15.00 [in the US].
