This work was a success all over the world, and through this adress his name was made. After this address he and A. Hirsch founded an award, which was won the first time by H. Oberth. It was the first time that his ideas were properly printed. The preface is by general Ferrié, who, with the author, anticipates missiles driven by atomic energy .: Correct scientific calculation for interplanetary travel, the exploration of the upper atmosphere by means of a rocket, the problem of escape velocity to overcome the earth's gravitation, are here published for the first time.

Er wordt naar gestreefd alle boeken, prenten, tekeningen, documenten en brieven gedetailleerd te beschrijven. We gaan er van uit dat de klant begrijpt dat het door ons aangeboden antiquarische materiaal vaak een hoge ouderdom heeft bereikt en kan vergeleken worden met de oudere mens of de oudere aardappel: met rimpels en gebreken van diverse aard. Roestvlekjes, verzuring, waterschade, scheurtjes, stempels, defecten aan band en papier worden in de regel allemaal vermeld. Voorwaarden bij de verkoop volgens de richtlijnen opgesteld door NVvA en ILAB. Prijzen excl. btw [Nederland en Europa] en porto, behoudens houders van een BTW registratie nummmer. Porto tegen kostprijs. Normaalgesproken levering met factuur in het geval van bekende relaties, veelal wordt gevraagd de factuur bij vooruitbetaling te voldoen. Oudere stukken worden aangetekend en verzekerd verstuurd. Koeriersdiensten Fedex, DHL etc. mogelijk op verzoek, kosten voor de kopende partij. Boeken etc. blijven onvervreemdbaar eigendom van B.M.Israel BV antiquariaat totdat volledige betaling heeft plaatsgevonden.
