Contains a facsimile of Pasqualigo's oration (Latin) in which he attempted to gain support from the Portuguese to help the Venetians in their struggles against the Turks. He did not succeed. A well researched and well written account of this important document with background, translation, notes, bibliography, index. An example of the best in scholarship. A near fine copy with some slight bumping to the spine ends in a clear plastic dust jacket.

5. New York residents will be billed appropriate sales tax (unless a tax id number is provided); if paying by check please add the proper amount.

For domestic orders books are normally shipped USPS media unless another method is specified; shipping and handling is $5.00 for the first book and $2.50 for each additional volume, media rate.
