John Crafts Wright (1783-1861) was the representative from Ohio; he would lose his re-election bid the following year. In this speech he answers attacks on Adams, the tariff issue, and the supposed profligacy and "extravagant expenditures of the Administration," by the Jacksonians. Shaw & Shoemaker 37253.
