American illustrator and humorist. DS, 1p, 8½" X 11", n.p. [New York, NY], 1923 October 6. Fine. Printed updating form sent out by "Who's Who" for its 1924-25 edition, on yellow paper, with Burgess's 2½" X 3" biographical entry from the previous edition affixed to the blank center area. Burgess makes a few minor corrections to this in ink and typewriter and signs and dates it at the close. Unusual form. .
