With over 3000 illustrations printed within text and colour plates. No jackets. Hardcovers are half-bound. Vol. 1, A - Depascent: Small abrasion on front board. Some dents on edges, with slightly weakened leading corners. Spine only lightly scuffed with bands and lettering well-preserved; bumped on head and foot. Binding has been repaired neatly with green tape at front and back; binding is visible at half-title page but remains intact. Decorative page block in good condition, scuffing on head and one or two stains on foot. Creases on a few pages. Page edges within are tanned and lightly marked, but all content remains clear. Vol II, Depasture - Kythe: Slight edgewear, with slight abrasion on rear lower. Leading corners are nicked. Spine has some creases and wear and is bumped on head and foot. Page block scuffed on foot with a grubby mark at lower corner. Binding has been repaired neatly with green tape at front and back; binding is visible at title page. Light smudging on title page. Light marks and creases throughout pages. Binding a little weak at back. p.743 is frayed around edges and is torn completely loose, with a small scrap attached at bottom of binding. Page edges are tanned but all content otherwise clear. Vol. 3, L - Screak: Worn leading corners; minor scuffing on lower edges. Spine bumped on head and foot with some very light creasing. Page block scuffed on head, grubby on foot. Binding has been repaired neatly with green tape at front and back; binding is visible at back and title page but remains intact. Light marks and creases on some pages. Page edges tanned, all content clear throughout. Vol. 4, Scream - Zythum: A few scores on boards; light creasing on spine with bumped head and foot; leading corners and edges show some minor wear. Page block is marked. Binding is visible at back and title page but remains intact. Plate at p.368 has description following it; these two pages are frayed at edges. Some instances of light foxing or smudging on a few pages. Pages otherwise tanned at edges but contents remain clear. TS. Acceptable/No Dust Jacket.

All shipping quotes are based on fast efficient service with the best possible packaging. Insurance or tracking is available on all packages subject to an extra charge.
Standard delivery charge is based on average weight of books - about 0.9Kg. Heavy items (over 1.5Kg) may require extra postage depending on destination. We'll e-mail you if necessary. Contact us direct with any queries, special requests or quotes for specific orders.
We accept all credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc), £, $ and € bank transfers, Paypal, cheques etc.

7 days to cancel purchase for non-faulty goods
In the EU, you have the right to cancel your on-line purchase within seven working days.
This seven-day “cooling off” period begins on the day when you receive your purchase.
You can choose to cancel your order for any reason within this time frame – even if you simply changed your mind.
We will give you a refund within 30 days. This refund must include any shipping charges you paid when you made your purchase.
Although you have a right of refund, you will have to pay the postage costs of shipping goods bought on-line back to us.

Our voluntary returns guarantee: You may return, for a full refund, any item ordered from us within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in perfect condition.
Please contact us to obtain a returns authorisation by completing and returning this cancellation form, emailing (books@psychobabel.co.uk) or telephoning +44(0)1235 861411. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless we delivered it to you in error or it is faulty. It is your responsibility to ensure safe return of the item.
If you return a high-value item, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. Once we've received your item, we'll refund the same means of payment as you used to make your purchase. This returns guarantee doesn't affect your statutory rights and therefore doesn't affect your right of cancellation described above.
Emails are usually answered within 24 hours, except at weekends.
Shipping/Delivery Times
We ship orders from Monday to Friday and all orders received and paid for before 3:00pm are sent the same day. Orders placed on weekends or Bank Holidays are shipped the following business day.
UK packages are sent via Royal Mail. International orders are shipped via Royal Mail's airmail service. Expedited courier deliveries can be arranged. Please contact us for a quote.
Heavy orders (over 5kg UK or international) are usually shipped via private couriers. If your order is for a particularly heavy book or a volume set, please contact us with your shipping address and we will quote your total cost - the price of your order plus shipping costs - before you place your order.
Postal Insurance and special delivery is available at extra cost - simply let us know and we'll quote your total order amount, including p&p for whatever service you require.
