1971. 1971. - 6 bars of "String Quartet in D" penned on a 12-1/2 inch high by 9-1/4 inch wide sheet of ruled music paper, inscribed and signed below the music: "For .. / With the best wishes of the composer, / Richard Bales / 7/26/71". The top corners of the music paper are lightly creased. The sheet has been folded twice for mailing & there is slight creasing to & 2 tiny chips out of the margins at the folds. Very good. Very good .
