The book is housed in a plain cardboard slipcase. The dust jacket is lightly rubbed. The front edges of the slipcase are chipped with a few short tears. 285 & [2] pages plus colophon. Profusely illustrated in color and black & white. Near fine in a good slipcase.

First American edition. Very good .
