The Minnesota Innovation Research Program, on which this book is based, involved over 30 researchers who undertook longitudinal studies that tracked the development of 14 diverse innovations in real time and in their natural field settings. Studying its results, the authors find that the innovation journey is neither sequential and orderly, nor is it a matter of random trial and error; rather it is best characterized as a nonlinear dynamic system. All books are in good condition, unless stated otherwise. Minor traces of use might not always be indicated in the description. Scans are available on demand.

The books are shipped at the seller's risk.
- The order can be returned within seven days after receiving it (prior notification by e-mail will be appreciated), after which you will get a refund, excluding shipping costs. When the shipment is returned because of a flawed description, the shipping costs are to be paid by the seller. Returned books must arrive in the same condition as in which they was sent. Return shipments are at the sender's risk.

Alle boeken zijn compleet en tenminste in goede staat. Kleine gebreken, zoals naam op schutblad of lichte beschadigingen die normaal zijn voor gebruikte boeken zijn niet altijd aangegeven. Prijzen zijn netto, in euro. Porto wordt tegen kostprijs doorberekend. Op verzoek sturen we u graag een scan van het boek. Het verzenden van de bestelde boeken is voor risico van de verkoper. Verkoper behoudt zich het recht voor de goederen te verzekeren en/of aangetekend te verzenden. De kosten daarvan worden doorberekend aan de koper.
Elke aankoop kan binnen 7 dagen na ontvangst, zonder opgaaf van reden, aan verkoper retour gezonden worden (een voorafgaande kennisgeving per e-mail wordt op prijs gesteld), waarna restitutie van het aankoopbedrag (exclusief de verzendkosten) volgt. Is de retourzending een gevolg van een onvolledige beschrijving dan wordt het aankoopbedrag inclusief verzendkosten + retourporto gerestitueerd. Retourzendingen dienen verkoper te bereiken in dezelfde staat als waarin ze aan koper verzonden werden.
