It grew to be a vital part of fast growing community that includes high rise office buildings, apartment buildings, high end stores, Skid Row, Chinatown, two large arenas, Stanley Park and a growing homeless population. As of 2020 there are plans to replace the aging hospital with a new one nearby.. Very Good+ with no dust jacket .
