About VG (covers worn & rubbed/leather beginning to detatch at base of spine/hinges weak/first few leaves have previous owner's signature, dated 1895/1908). Perryman was Principal Chief at the time of this printing. Chapters include 'Crimes & Misdemeanors', 'Civil Laws', Acts of the National Council', and 'United States Statutes'.
