This is based on a 1907 map (by Morice) of Northern British Columbia . He served in posts such as Williams Lake, Fort Saint James. In his travels, he made notes about the countryside and the people, drew up a map and eventually published this book in Toronto in 1904 by William Briggs and in 1906 an expanded British edition of which this is a facsimile.
