Lawrence Abbott's Article; "Was Roosevelt A Genius"; Also facsimile of Rudyard Kipling's "If" in his script; With compimentary printed note from the Publisher announcing the new magazine. The magazine did not succeed it would be gone by the end of 1928. It did print TR's "Diary" in parts, the first appearance of that work. Very good .
