The wraps are soiled & chipped with a piece out of the front edge of the front wrap. There is staining to the front wrap. The rear wrap is detached with some light staining. 28 pages. There is an ink notation on page 3. There are stains to the title page, the upper halves of the last 3 leaves are stained & there is scattered foxing & light staining throughout. Good.
