DETERDING, Henri Wilhelm August.- DUNLOP, ....- CORRESPONDENCE.- 1934.- - Correspondence consisting of 15 typed letters (34 lvs.), signed and dated between 23 December and 26 November 1934, between H.W.A. Deterding, CEO of 'Koninklijke Shell' and Mr. Dunlop, Director of the 'Nederlandsch-Indische Handelsbank', written from St. Moritz and London, for the greater part on the 'gold standard' and politics. Not mincing matters Deterding dissaproves of both. Also included a copy of a letter [probably] to G.A.Kessler, director of the board of 'Hoogovens' (dated 17-2-1934) and a note on the Java sugar industry.
