Bradley, James - The Imperial Cruise; a Secret History of Empire and War

New York, Little, Brown & Co, 2009. First Edition. Hardcover. Octavo; pp. 387 with index; Photographs and maps; black cloth and blue boards in a dust jacket. A bit speculative, blaming WWII in the Pacific as a result of TR's White Fleet cruise of 1905. This book holds the distinction of receiving a scathing extensive review from Historian William Tilchin in the Theodore Roosevelt Assn.Journal. He points out that this work is bad history at its best and lists the many factual errors, too numerous to list here. Very good/very good.
