This scarce First Edition meets all first edition points: there are 18 lines of text on the copyright page with no mention of edition or printing, the ISBN number appears on the lower RH corner of the rear board. The unpriced jacket is kinda rough but has all of the first edition points. It is unpriced, has 6 blurbs to the rear panel with the Cussler blurb third from the top, ISBN printed on the lower RH corner of the rear panel. The jacket is rough with some rubbing wear, light soil, edge wear with some chipping at the top and heel of the spine, some fading, The book has a full red cloth binding with silver inlay to the spine printing. If you have a jacket laying around looking for a nicer copy of the book here it is. Clancy's first novel.
